Our Approach
There’s no single method that works for every dog.
Rather than fitting dogs into a system, we adapt our training to the individual in front of us. We focus on clear communication, realistic expectations and building skills that transfer into everyday life.
Whenever possible, we prioritise reinforcement, engagement and fulfilment. Our aim is not just to teach behaviours, but to help dogs become confident, capable companions while giving owners the knowledge to understand why their dog behaves the way they do.
Because good training isn’t about labels, it’s about results, welfare and the relationship between dog and owner. I know how overwhelming dog ownership can feel. Whether you’re raising a puppy, navigating behavioural challenges, or simply wanting a stronger relationship with your dog, my goal is to provide practical guidance without judgement. Every dog and owner deserves to enjoy life together.

Hi, I’m Zoe, and I run Pawtsea with the help of my amazing dog crew. With a Certificate in Dog Behaviour, Training and Psychology, I use my knowledge to create practical and realistic training that fits each dog and their family.
Every dog is different, so I work with each one where they are, helping them build confidence, manners, and engagement at their own pace.

Doug – Sociable and friendly, but never pushy. Doug is perfect for dogs who are nervous or shy, helping them gain confidence in social situations.
Loki – Our neutral, composed girl and social police. She teaches dogs how to behave appropriately around others, keeping sessions calm and structured.
Monty – The youngest wild child! Confident, outgoing, and full of energy, Monty is ideal for dogs who want a social or neutral partner. He goes with the flow and makes training playful and dynamic.
